Regarding my approach
Almost all the plants present in this work are edible, medicinal, and are found in most of our regions.
I wanted to highlight their richness, their magical aspect, a little of their history, and inspire you to discover them, look for them, study them and finally taste them! We have forgotten so much of their splendor!
For each plant in this book, I wanted to offer you the biotopes where you can find them, their harvest period and the use of the different parts of the plant.
We will obviously deal with their magical aspect. On the one hand with their correspondences (intention, element and planet attached to each plant) and on the other hand with some of their magical uses.
Then, I couldn't pass up the desire to tell you some of the legends around these plants, because it's a theme that I love to talk about when we talk about plants!
Finally, I must say that I have a not at all secret passion for plants that can be eaten and whose taste we have forgotten! I have tried as best I can to tell you the edible parts, whether they are eaten raw or cooked and when to harvest them, as well as some little recipes to try at home!
