Article 1: Pre-order

Certain products may be offered for pre-order on the site depending on their official release date. This pre-order is made with the indication of a release date which we announce when the pre-order phase opens. Being solely responsible for the marketing of our products, we reserve the right to modify this release date at any time.
In the event that certain products are pre-ordered on the site, the entire order will then be put on hold until the product(s) are available. In the event that the order includes one (or more) pre-order item(s) as well as one (or more) item(s) already available on the site, the entire order will then be put on hold. and will only be shipped when all products are available. If you wish to receive the available product(s) immediately, you will need to place two separate orders on the site.
The delivery deadline for an order is based on the item with the longest lead time.

Article 2: Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not automatically offered on orders. However, we invite you to contact us on this email wildfolksoul.clothing@gmail.com in order to find an exchange or refund solution if you are not satisfied with your order.

Article 3: Price of Products
The prices mentioned for the Products are expressed in euros (EUR) including tax.

Article 4: Payments for Products
The Products can be paid via Paypal or by credit card (CB, Mastercard, VISA)

Article 5: Delivery of Products
Unless special mentions or unforeseeable events prevent the proper delivery of goods, delivery of ordered products is possible for all countries. “Tracked” shipping only works for France, you will be notified by email.
Shipping costs are your responsibility. By default, products are sent at the normal tracked rate (Letter Tracked or Colissimo or via Mondial Relay depending on the country of destination) for France and at the current rate for tracked shipments if possible for any other country.

The processing and shipping time for your order is between 1 and 4 working days from the order date.

Article 6: Product Insurance
It is not possible to insure the Products against loss or damage during delivery. Any complaint on this subject must be made to La Poste as soon as possible.

Article 7: Taxes and Customs Duties
Any order placed on the site and to be delivered outside France may be subject to taxes and customs duties provided for by the legislation of the country of delivery. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility. It is your responsibility to inform yourself in advance of the existence of these from the competent authorities of the country to which you wish to be delivered. We cannot be held responsible on this point.

Article 8: Protection of personal data
When using the site, you may be required to provide us with personal information. We undertake to only use them in the normal course of our activity and to never communicate them, even free of charge, to third parties. This confidentiality cannot apply to perpetrators of fraudulent or damaging actions for our company or in the event of an injunction from the competent courts.
Where the entry of personal information is mandatory, you must provide us with truthful and verifiable information. Any offender is not authorized to order on the site and may have their customer account destroyed.

Article 9: Deferral of legality
In the event that all or part of one or more articles of this text were to be called into question by a court, the interpretation of the articles in question, while being legal, must be done in the sense closest to the original text.
Any modification or cancellation of one or more articles by a competent court does not call into question, unless a court decides otherwise, the application of the other articles.
